According to Colorado Real Estate Journal, “Buzz Geller, whose Paradise Land Co. is the owner of the 25,047-square-foot parcel at 1650 17th St., said he has put the land back on the market for $17.5 million,” prior to being under contract with Greenwich Realty Capital who had plans for the 1,000-foot high-rise located in the heart of Denver’s business district. The plan was a $400 million project including 284 luxury condos, 22,000 square feet of retail space, a hotel, and 500 parking spots.
