Going above and beyond! Putting up the house in this weird market really had me worried. But Natalie went above and beyond to help put me in a good position to get the house ready and on the market. She handled all the details, such as furniture staging, helping me concentrate on the things I needed to do. She understood the market, got me to a good fair asking price and went out of their way to make sure I got in front of as many buyers as possible, doing multiple open houses, among other things. Also, she helped me with things like pulling weeds that popped up, watering plants, keeping the home clean, etc. This really helped in keeping the home looking good while it was on the market. While other homes nearby have stayed on the market, our house sold relatively quickly. And I contribute that to her help, knowledge and expertise.

It’s our first home in US and we looked at a lot of homes to find the right fit. Thanks to Kristina, we’re e are now living happily in the perfect home. Kira was amazing and so friendly. She was helpful with all my questions and needs. If I was concerned or had a question she was there and offered support and information. We got the house we wanted and had no issues asking for things from the seller. Kira would always find an answer to any questions she didn’t know and was great at communicating with our loan officer as we went through the buying process.
