Denver’s Washington Virginia Vale Neighborhood is a neighborhood in southeast Denver Washington Virginia Vale. It is found within the boundaries of Alameda, Dahlia, Cherry Creek Drive North and Quebec, and is home to one of the oldest historical landmarks in Denver.

Washington Virginia Vale Neighborhood boasts appealing single-family homes from the 1950s and 1960s with mature trees that keep the streets nice and shaded. History of the Neighborhood

Washington Virginia Vale’s first building was constructed in 1858 as a stagecoach stop called the Four Mile House. This is Denver’s oldest remaining building and serves as a museum and community park. It was frequently a traveler’s last stop along the Cherokee Trail and served as a place to wash off the dust, have a hot meal and possibly a good night’s sleep before heading into the cowtown of Denver.

Cherry Creek Drive runs through the Washington Virginia Vale neighborhood which offers green spaces, paths, and a quick route to the Cherry Creek neighborhood. The neighborhood is also home to George Washington High School, McMeen Elementary School, Garland Park, and two other small city parks. The Consulates General of México, Peru, and Guatemala are also located in the Washington Virginia Vale neighborhood.
